What kind of data does Arsenalet collect?

When you contact Arsenalet for a service, the following data is collected:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your mobile phone number
• Information about your company's needs regarding office space, meeting facilities, or events

Your address, postal code, and city are only collected when signing a contract forrenting office space if you do not have a CVR number.

We only collect personal data necessary to provide our service.

When does Arsenalet register personal data?

Arsenalet registers personal data when you:

• Send an email to mail@arsenalet.dk or use the contact form on www.arsenalet.dk
• Book a tour, office space, meeting facilities, or other services via email, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or phone
• Make a physical, online, or phone inquiry

How is the information processed?

Your data is processed in connection with:

• Planning tours, meetings, or other events
• Communication regarding offers and services
• Preparation of office spaces and facilities

How and for how long is the information stored?

The information is stored in our systems and deleted immediately after the completion of the transaction or service. Messages from social media, SMS, or email are also deleted upon completion of the specific transaction.

However, in accordance with Danish law, information necessary for invoicing may be stored for up to five years and will be retained in our invoicing system during this period. If a contract is signed for office rental, personal data will be included in the contract and stored until the rental agreement is terminated or the tenant moves out.

Messages of special interest may be stored for future reference. If you prefer that your data not be retained, please feel free to contact us.
